Walibi Holland is bringing back LEKKERGAAN, its summer evening event, on Wednesdays during the summer season.
The park will open until 10pm on event nights, with a mix of rides, music and summer atmosphere. Walibi describes it as a day and evening full of thrills, music and relaxed summer vibes, with guests able to enjoy attractions later into the evening.
For coaster fans, Walibi Holland is already a park worth watching, especially with its strong thrill line-up and newer additions. LEKKERGAAN gives the park a proper summer event feel, without losing sight of what Walibi does best: big rides and high-energy atmosphere.
This is probably one of the more enthusiast-friendly entries here. It may not have the broad family pull of LEGO Festival or Minecraft, but for ride fans, evening coaster time at Walibi is a pretty strong pitch.
9. World Princess Week - Disneyland Paris
Disneyland Paris brings some royal summer energy with World Princess Week, returning to Disneyland Park from 16 to 22 August.
The event celebrates Disney Princess characters, with themed moments, character opportunities and a more focused princess celebration across the park. It is a shorter event than most on this list, but it gives Disneyland Paris a clear summer hook beyond its regular entertainment programme.

The show is a long-running part of Blackpool’s summer identity, combining high-speed ice skating, theatrical staging, effects and big production value inside the Pleasure Beach Arena.
This entry is slightly different from the others because it is more resort entertainment than in-park festival, but that is also why it works.
